The Solution


Web Design & E-Commerce
Custom WordPress website designed to showcase Nobile's products, services, and brand across all three locations. Full e-commerce store with 30+ products, add-to-cart, checkout, and payment processing. Built a vehicle database so customers can search accessories by year, make, and model across every supported truck. Set up digital invoicing and deposit collection via email, replacing their in-store-only payment process. Every product page designed with fitment details, compatibility info, and pricing that their customers actually need to make a purchase decision. Ongoing performance audits to keep everything fast, responsive, and accessible.


Software Migration & Payments
We identified their shop management platform couldn't support BNPL. For $3,000+ truck builds, that's lost revenue. This was our recommendation, not a client request. We managed the full migration from AutoLeap to ShopMonkey and integrated BNPL payments.


Customer Portal, Retention & Reviews
Built a branded customer portal with invoicing, purchase history, and loyalty rewards. Added automated retention sequences that trigger at intervals to drive repeat visits and upsells. Deployed NFC tap cards for the sales team and QR code stands in all three stores with automated follow-up sequences to capture reviews after every visit. Took their flagship from 3.3 to 4.3 stars with 120+ new reviews in one year


Content & Social Media
All photography, videography, and social content produced in-house across all three locations. No stock photos. Paired with targeted ad campaigns on Google and Meta.
SEO
